After laying up car for a bit on trickle charger, I replaced an injector, tightened the alternator belt then tried to start.

Engine turned slowly then stopped. Stupidly I kept trying to start as solenoid was clicking for about 10 attempts.

This moved on to no solenoid click now.

Car is in my garage down a slope so no option to bump start.

Any suggestions on where to look and what to check before trying starter motor replacement?

It’s a 2000 Speed Six

Can you try another battery? That would be my first thought.

Try popping in gear and rocking the car...

Mine does something similar but it's coz it isn't engaging properly. A couple of rocks and it'll kick into life.
