Hi all, I'm trying to remove the upper shell / back of an early Cerbera front seat (non Tuscan type). I found a post on here which said remove the 2x screws in the lower seat back and 2x screws adjacent to the head rest. Having done this, it still feels as though something is holding it on. Is there an internal clip or something stopping it from raising up?

Thanks.

The retaining bracket/loop the headrest tube locates in to can get in the way. It's been a few years since I took the seats in mine apart but I'm sure they could catch on that if they seem loose but just won't come off. You should be able to pull the back cushion out of the way and see inside the seat to help getting the back piece off.
