I said goodbye to my Cerb on Sunday, after 9 great, if sometimes frustrating years. What an epic car to drive, always full of theatre, with that rumbling soundtrack. And very civilised road manners despite its reputation. The car is with someone who will hopefully give it an extra lease of life. Thanks to everyone here who has offered advice and support over the years, you are a stellar community!

Thanks guys! I have regressed - to a JDM WRX STi! Still a car with raw character, which we can’t find in new cars …… 😀

JDM sounds good, I'm guessing a lot less rust than a UK car?

I'm loathed to say it but the Cerb seems to be running quite well at the moment so I dragged the old WRX out this summer, at least after a few Cerb body off rebuilds a few more rusted in bolts don't seem so bad!

That is a beautiful Cerb to pass on - Well done thumbup

You're gonna miss The Madhouse !
(Sorry to be a Dullo but don't know if a JDM WRX ST is a car or a new 16-core processor scratchchin )

Thanks! TVR’s will always be a draw, it might be a restored Chim next time. Here is a photo of the underside of the 18 year old Scooby; you could eat your dinner off it!
