Wipers not working

I had a bit of a window wiper malfunction on the way back from TVR Heaven and I couldn't turn the wipers off and the wiper motor burned out. I've fitted a rebuilt wiper motor but I can't get get them to burst into life.

I have the ignition live and get feeds to both the speed 1 / intermittent / wash wipe terminal and the speed 2 terminal but nothing at the park switch. Would no power at the park switch stop the wipers from working?
