Airbox bracket engine spacer / collar

Hi,

Does anyone know the size / specs / source for these spacers / collars that sit atop the engine around the bolts for the airbox (plenum?) brackets. They are present on one back but not the other. Im assuming someone lost them along the way, but if anyone knows that they shouldn't be there let me know!
