Cerb Alpine Trip - Cool or Kettle?
Discussion
So, after a couple of glasses of wine, our mates and us decided, rather than FLY to our Croatia holiday next month, we will drive
The route options seem to be:
1. Go around the Eastern end of the Alps via Graz (not too high)
2. Take the opportunity to do a proper Alpine pass, like the Glocknerstrasse (about 8000 feet at its highest point)
My question is, has anyone taken a Cerb over a high mountain pass, and how was the cooling??
(You don't need to tell me it's a crazy idea overall - I already know that )

Will you do a break at the TVR meeting at the Nürburgring here https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&... on your trip to Croatia?
@ukkid
Great fotos by the way!

TVRs are routinely taken into and around Europe without issue.
At least four big groups have had long tours round Europe in the last month - a couple being on their second or third group tour of the year.
Add to that the six or seven group UK tours being run at the same time.
Unless your Cerb is a complete shed or a garage queen that only goes for a service and MOT each year, there should be no issues. Just check you have European breakdown at the same time you check your insurance coverage.

That's very tempting! Timing doesn't quite fit - need to be in Croatia evening of the 10th. Might fit in a quick lap on the way down I spose Will you do a break at the TVR meeting at the Nürburgring here https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&... on your trip to Croatia?
