I have 2 Oil Filters in my Cerb's system.?

Is this normal ?

and, if so, why ?

BUT

01. Screws directly into the underside of the block....



02. Is on the Nearside of the engine, attached to the chassis by the MOCUL housing, between the long(ish) Oil Cooler pipe and the short pipe leading to the rear, hearside of the block ....

Sounds unusual to have two (but @ukkid can probably confirm as he changes his a lot for racing)

On my 4.2 I recently had the oil changed on the only filter they changed is under the lower F1 panel, passenger side of the car

Only one filter is normal I have never seen two before.

Sorry Guys,

I have obviously been away too long from under the car.

Gave it a good coat of looking at today and realised that I had put a filter from another car on the Filter Head.

I'm such a twit !

Suffice to say that I'm back on track for replacing all the Oil Pipes (and maybe the Fuel as well).
