Does anybody remember 2000 S6 Cerb, blue X52 DDU?

Im thinking of buing a Cerb, it now has 117000 miles and theres no paperwork about engine rebuild, so Im wondering if anyone on here might remember it before it was exported to europe in 2013.

The current owner Andre Roessen seems very honest and says the car drives lovely and brutal like it should, with no smoke or leaks, other than sweating from the oilpump.
