Lovely and well-engineered though it is, I do wonder whether it would hit 215mph.

Just to add: top speed scales with power cubed - to double your top speed you need 8x the power (in the same car, same Cd etc).

That implies it could do 108mph with 55 HP. Also the video talks about mass as one of the variables, but mass doesn't play much part in top speed (there's rolling resistance but you could negate that with different tyres)

What a car! So beautiful and sophisticated! And that sound!

Can someone explain the levers and the button on the steering column? Similar to other T-cars?

I was at the factory picking my Tuscan up from having some work done when this car, which was being used by Peter Wheeler at the time, arrived on the back of a recovery truck as the exhaust had fallen off. It looked very nice though!
