Definitely Molex KK 254 series. You'll need to fit crimps onto the wires and insert them into the plastic housings. Unless you're skilled in doing this with pliers you'll need a seriously expensive (£400 from RS) Molex crimp tool.

Those RS ones above look like they are precrimped with 600mm of wire? Thats about 2 foot
