Front ARB Sleeve

Is this standard fitment, or is it a modification?



It is clearly being pressed against by the sump as the engine moves forwards, so I'm going to replace it, but I was wondering what other cars have



I'm currently trying to find the source of an oil leak which why I'm removing it and cleaning the area
