What's the advantage of the blue flexi lines?

They're hard lines as standard aren't they?

I’ve seen arguments for both but for me it was because:

1.) I could get them made up ready to fit and for a fair cost..a lot more than copper but not big money.
2.) knowing all ends were perfect...my double flares were not great and I just wasn’t happy to leave something not 100%.
3.) Easier to install when you’ve put the body back on 😬
4.) Look pretty

That’s it in a nutshell really.
