Cerbie Paint Job

Having just watched Clarksons latest version of humour on his "At full throttle" video, on which a 4.5 got "thrashed" by a 700bhp Skyline.
I just gotta have a paint job like that. Anyone know if that can be done as standard or if its a special one-off type thing.
As for the race, well that was a joke. Just let them wait until I get my cerbie up to 700bhp. We'll see who's laughing then.

Just theoretically speaking of course.
The end result will be closer to 430. Enough of the urine extracting, has anyone seen another paint job like it?
Do the bulbs really give that much extra power. I thought leaning forward from the driving position gave an extra ten horses.
