My girlfriend is catching on, she was in Surbiton yesterday and said she spotted a very nice Cerbera with the plates 200 MPH.

So I guess it was Jeremy with a day off.

Guilty as charged m'lud. Tell her that next time she should wave.

Jeremy, next time I'm going to ask to be taken a spin in it! Sunday 18th August Surrey meet - you have been warned

Strange to call a car "Lightweight" when it's anything but that!

My wife was walking over London Bridge yesterday when she heard 2 guys talking "Have you seen that website, pistonheads".

It appears your fame is spreading, Ted.

Well, my girlfriend (Linda) who has appeared at the Surry TVRCC meet in Ripley, does on occasions wave, but says she always feels daft when no one waves back. So I have told here I will see if I can get a PistonHead Sticker or two to stick on her luminous yellow MR2 Roadster she picks up tonight, she did look at Elises at first, but decided the creature comforts in the MR2 were more to her liking for the cash.

Which means that I will be driving around Surbi in the Griff, following a yellow MR2, oh well it keeps her happy and my TVR safe.

The word IS spreading... yesterday just before going over the Thames bridge at Sonning, two strolling red-faced old biddies heard me coming as is changed down to 2nd & let it pop some. One pointed and said ' what's this ? ' - the other said ' a TVR '

There we go, just ordered some goodies from the site. A couple of sets of the big and small stickers to plaster the girlfriend with (sorry car that is).

and a nice little shirt for me, for the next tvrcc or surrey run.

Have a great weekend ladies and gents, as the weather looks great for a drive.

Jeremy, the wastelandmobile was raring to go but sadly 'cos of the M25 hold-up has gone back in storage in the wasteland barn.

Guess you didn't have to leave your desk then and had to do some work for once

Having made the executive decision as to where the lunch was to be held I made sure that my route didn't go anywhere near the M25.

I therefore had every excuse to leave my desk.

Oh, and it's still a full days work - OK?

it's amazing the response I've had with those Pistonhead stickers on the
cerbera. I've had them on since LeMans, and as I live in the heart of the city when ever I park the cerb
there's aways a crowd of tourist crowded round.

One chap did ask is that a Pistonhead car.
