Surely thats fraud take them to a small (or maybe quite big) claims court for the cash, they don't have a leg to stand on

Had a letter from Portfield last week. I only scanned it briefly, but the general gist seemed to be that they are no longer trading, though they may be resurrected later in the year. As I say, I didn't really take much notice of it, so I may be wrong.
