Whoops - that's a perennial question on the Chimaera or Griffith threads. but I guess you've got your roof fitted alright!!!
Don't quite know your engine layout, but on the aforementioned it is quite common for the sealant around the master cylinder to perish allowing water to build up inside the panels. There are obviously similar holes for other things through the bulkhead. If I were a betting man.....

...either that or it could be your door seals.
I notice that you've got a 96 car. I don't know what mods/upgrades you (or the previous keeper) has had done, but I know that the door seals have undergone a number of iterations. I think the latest major change was in 98, though.
Actually, this post isn't turning into much of a suggestion! Have a look at them, anyway, and see if they look damaged or worn. Also, the later seals are known as the "double bubble" (I think) as they are a bit like a figure 8 in profile, so you should be able to tell if you've got these fitted.
Incidentally, my seals have a cut across them on the bottom part towards the front of the door. I believe this was once a common dealer mod as the seals are much thicker than the ones they replaced and this caused some problems. Doesn't seem to cause me any trouble, though. (Only on a tvr could a problem with a seal be fixed by cutting it )

been digging around under the carpet and it looks like the biggest consentration on water is actually at the centre console side not the door. This kinda screws up my leaking door seal theory. Cant see any bolts or anything coming in from the bulkhead and it is only water coming in from above, ie rain or washing not road spray. Now even more confused than I was before, oh yeah the rear bump's still there.

Hi guys,
having recently driven through a rather large downpour and suffering a leak myself, I contacted a pal who is a TVR dealer and life long TVR owner. Apparrantly the windscreen seal on the Cerbera is prone to leaking under heavy water on pre 98 cars.
There is a modified seal avaiable for around £40.00 which will cure this problem.

Any ideas on the leak would be good, as mine is right at the front, and def. isnt the doors.
I believe that the area around the clutch pedal is a common source of leaks -- in fact anywhere where there is a path through the bulkhead! I remember Joolz posting on the Yahoo cerbera group ages ago with a detailed instruction on how to fix the common cerbera leaks, including bulkhead leaks.
Joolz?
I can understand the logic of the pedal mounts etc but my leak is only efecting the passenger footwell and on the transmission side. Have pulled the carpets away expecting to see some bulhead cracks or something but nope. Keep giving me ideas though I'm sure one of them will fix it. Unfortunately I live in Aberdeen and the local authorities have banned any form of sunshine and dry weather for the rest of the year so I'm in deep and wet sh*t.

Well we are still trying to find the leak, came back from holiday to find an estimated two pints worth in the footwell. It is definately coming in from the top somewhere as there is also some dampness in the drivers side now, also on the drivetrain side. I guess its coming in then dropping down over the gearbox, most on the passenger side. Did send the car in yesterday to windscreen specialists who completely removed the screen then re-fitted it complete with new trims just to be on the safe side. Guess what,,, still leaking.

As I posted before, pre 98 cars have hed a tendancy to leak from the windscreen seal. The water then runs down the "A" pillars and into the footwell.
You can pretty well sort the problem by running a bead of clear silicone under the seal.
I would guess at this being the problem (as with my 97 Cerbie) as it is happening when stationary.
