Having recently bought a new Cerbera with 18" alloys, I was frankly amazed / horrified to discover that they did not come with locking wheel nuts and that noone had even mentioned it! It seems that this omission is due to the 'rare' incidence of theft: great consolation to the poor unsuspecting new owner who is in the unlucky minority who do get their wheels lifted!

There must be possible to find aftermarkets; meanwhile try not to leave it outside!

Out of interest I picked up a set of locking wheel nuts from TVR Centre, they’re direct replacements and look the same as the standard nuts, took about 3mins to fit and all for £30 A small price to pay for peace of mind – I fully recommended getting them.

In the end, I just got the dealer to put some bolts on at the first service. My point was that I was simply surprised that they had not already supplied the bolts; in fact, they had not even mentioned them - it seemed self-evident that a car with such striking alloy wheels should have them and I had just assumed that they would be automatically fitted and included (not being listed as an 'optional extra' ...). But, that's what comes of having always previously bought second hand cars with bolts already in place.

Razor - a timely reminder to me to get something done, Petrol Ted - can't see an obvious route to the TVR Centre on the TVR page, some help to the novice please!
PS A friend of mine got in his jag the other day - on hearing a funny noice he got out to inspect. Only one bolt was left on each wheel. Obviously in readiness for someone to pinch the wheels - the consequences don't bear thinking about.

Did go to the 'comment' section on www.tvr-centre.co.uk and found that Noodles 4.2 had found the same thing.
