Sadly, not aware of the background to this case, but the judgement is interesting. All about foreseeability of team losses when walking away from a driver's seat, I guess:

Precedent now established.

If Hamilton breaks his contract, this decision clarifies that he (or anyone else in his position) is liable for his employer's loses, some of which would previously have been considered too remote.
