Not sure which board this belongs on.

It’s sad that scams like this are taking place where a third party deliberately strikes your vehicle and demands settlement.

Say you don't have money.
Just tell them to go through insurance. Invite them to take a photo of your car, reg. number and yourself. Then take the same photos of them.

Me: “I’ll just get my insurance details, they’re in the boot.”

Also me: produces shotgun and a slab of cartridges…

Back in the real world, I think I’d say I’m calling the police because I think they’re lying fkers, I work hard for my money, and I just don’t feel like giving it away to lazy fkers who couldn’t be bothered to concentrate at school.
