Speed cameras in and around Heathrow airport

Hi new member to the forum here.
I know there’s a post in one of the other forums. But as anyone got any updates on these new cameras going up all over Heathrow. Are they fixed speeding cams or average or there as a deterrent they have a matrix sign in front of them.. I’m following the other discussion but unable to reply or ask for any further update or information and a new member
