Well, they have sold a profitable family owned company to an Italian private equity firm which hopes to make money out of Aston Martin, just as a major worldwide recession looms. What could possibly go wrong?

Now I understand why they posted record profits. Its what you do immediately before you sell out.

Honestly, could Honda or Toyota or VW or Mercedes or BMW or even bloody Pistonheads not have bought it?
