A63 leading onto Castle Street terrible road for congestion in and out of Hull.

Supposed to be a upgrade starting in 2020 lasting five years to finish.

New footbridge build in October maybe finished near Christmas.

The locals have been waiting for more than twenty years to upgrade the road to Hell which it is called.
