KV6 + LT77 = ?

A question for the marque specialists; will a LT77 fit readily to a KV6? I had a daydream that fitting one in a P6 would be groovy, but a suitable RWD gearbox is the dealbreaker.

The 24 valve quad cam KV6 engine in either 2.5 litre or 2.0 litre form was designed and developed by Rover at Longbridge to replace the Honda 2.7 litre V6 engine which they had been previously using. It is in fact based on their 4 cylinder K Series engines so if you mean will it bolt straight on - then no. Having said that if you made a suitable adaptor plate to marry the engine with an LT77 bellhousing and sourced a clutch assembly to fit then it could possibly be done.
