Hopefully off to look at a P6 soon and thought i'd ask the question....what should i be looking for?

The car has a known issue i'm aware of but going by the ad the rest should be pretty spot on.

Apart from rot what else do i need to look for?

Unfortunately its not realy about the rot which is very difficult to see.

the only way to see rot is to remove most of the external panels to expose the full skeleton. the engine is the last thing to worry about. the suspension at the front and rear is very complex and very very expensive to repair / restore.

A well restored P6 is a lovely thing. an old worn one is an absolute money pit.

Be careful.
