Help: How do get a new set of keys for a 214
Discussion
Hi All,
1st time posting here on this forum, so apologies in advance for any noob errors.
We brought a 1996 Rover 214 last year, and got it with only one key and that's got an imobaliser on it. I'm in the USA on work, and my wife accidently put it through the wash with a load of washing last night (doh!), which is the sort of thing that I normally do!
Its drying out, but I suspect it will be toast. Don't think we've got the code for the key either .
How screwed am I?
Assuming its Toast; Can I easily get a replacement? what do I need for that? where can I a replacement? and how quick?
Thanks in advance guys
Cheers
