Rover 1.8K VVC Torque numbers for bolts

Guys,
No joy at all the rover and lotus forums..
Anyone know the big-end rod bolt torque numbers and the torque value for the crankshaft bearing ladder (the bottom half of the engine), the 10bolts that fit it the main block, before the oil rail is fitted and head studs etc.
