Spare parts for newer Rovers?

Hello chaps, random qn, but my girlfriend had a wing mirror kicked off her Rover 25 by random yobs (nice), and i wondered if you had any tips of where to find a replacement. Haven't looked at it in too much detail, but looks like only the metal bracket that holds it onto the mounting is broken. Glass and surround is ok, as is the plastic trim on the door...

Same happened to my daughter's 25. I got a replacement through Ebay but you can also get one from a breakers - I used www.findapart.co.uk/ and got a reply within minutes. If yours is colour coded the coloured cover pops out and you can fit it to the new or second hand unit. Be sure to specifiy either manual or electric and of course near/off-side. Taking the glass out of the existing unit and getting the cover off can be a fiddle until you realize how to do it. I got advice from mg-rover.org see the thread here
