Just spotted this. I posted on the MG site at back end of last year that I was surprised we never had one. Now we have and I hadnt noticed. Good ol Ted!! Thanks, Man! 
Got a guy calling tomorrow to give a price on the basic welding for Vera. Seats will be coming out, and basic plates and whatever will be repaired in due course. Then, seats recovered. Few elecs to replace / repair. Hope to sand all panels and repaint in due course with a modern version of her original Cameron Green.
What's best for rust protection - bitumen inside and out all over the base unit inc inside of floor? Or expensive modern stuff like waxoyl?
PS Anyone else as delighted as me to see this forum up & running? I'm chuffed!
