Rover 100 1.8 solid cam track car build
Discussion
Hi all,
Got a 1995 brg rover 100 with a 76k solid cam lotus elise (k series) engine in it.
I've just stripped the car inside (still have all bits, seats, carpet internal panels etc) and have plumbed in an mgf radiator (much bigger and better cooling) I've added a switch in the car so the fan on the rad can be operated manually. Alloys have been refurbed in red.
I'm in two minds, I've got £700 in the car and to do what I wanted to do would cost me prob another £600 (welding sunroof panel, cage & perspex windows )and now am not physically able to do due to my health.
What do I do? Keep and hope health improves a couple of years down the line and crack on with it then if it happens or get rid as is for someone else to finish project?
It's currently on my drive and I don't have the facility to put her under cover and would hate to leave untouched for a few years.
What would you boys do?
