Hi guys,

I've been longing for one of these for many years now and finally got to scratch that itch...

Car was driven for 4 years and then stored for about 25, unfortunately it was then parked outside for about a year.

Some rust and faded panels but for a Rover in pretty good nick. Had to order new fuel tank 'cause it's completely full of junk.

Engine has not yet fired as we speak since I need to install new fuel pump and filter. Have cranked without ignition to get (new) oil going so I hope engine will be ok.

Rimmer Bros, here I come! ;-)

Rusty doors are pretty typical. Otherwise very nice. The instrument binnacle doesn't even look warped. I love mine for the sound alone.

Hi guys,

I'm located near Antwerp, Belgium, but would happily join a SD1 gathering over the pond.

That is if mine is running. At the moment injectors are off to some guys for cleaning.

Have been working on the electrics for a few weeks now and hope it will bark into life pretty soon.

Apart from the doors and the faded paint on the bonnet it looks pretty good...
