Please see the link below, please give me your honest opinion, I am very worried about the maintenance and reliability.

Looks nice to me.
Depends on if you want to pay that for it, and do not mind the non-original stuff.
At that money would look for a P5B myself as hope to own one in the future, but that's me.
Seems that there is a lot of documentation with it which is good and hopefully there is evidence in there that the car was used and maintained recently as when it has been mothballed for too long, that would be a big minus. Doesn't look like that.
And if major work has been done by companies, to see what their reputation is.
Myself in your position would contact the Rover P4 Drivers Guild (www.roverp4.com) and find someone to come along to have a first look at the Rover and take it from there. Needs to be someone who is not a pure purist though....
Think all sounds good to have a look.

On the face of it, it looks 'worth a look' if it's an 80 that you're after. The interior looks to have had quite a bit spent on it, even if it may not have been quite as finished originally (ie the edges of the seats look non-standard). If the same standard has been applied to the rest of the restoration that would be a positive.

Some prefer the 4-cylinder 80s as they are lighter on the front-end, although not as smooth as the 6-cylinders.
Presumably you've looked on www.carandclassic.co.uk for other P4s re prices etc.
The big advantage of the P4 is the separate chassis, easily checked, and alloy panels (on that year).
