The car's been on the drive all day in the rain and at about 5 o'clock the alarm decided to go off. I reset it and it went off again about 5mins later. It's never done this before.
Is this due to rain ingress?
Anyone else had a similar problem and know which sensor is likely to be playing up?
Now the car is left unlocked (because I know of no other way to disable the alarm) and I don't want to risk a 2am wake up call.

There is an adjustment for the microwave sensor under the rear of the centre console - 2 or 3 screws hold this on, one at the back and one or two under the ash tray - or is it one or two under the ash tray and one each side towards the rear? Anyway, this is where the microwave sensor is and there is a screw on top to adjust the sensitivity, you will need to keep adjusting it and trying it until you get the right balance of "goes off when someone leans in" and "goes off when someone walks within 5 feet of the car"
It could also be that you have left the internal light on or the boot not closed properly (and so light on) and this is runing the battery flat - this drops the voltage which sets off the alarm - which then drops the voltage some more and so on! Worth a quick check as at least then you wont have a flat battery and you can also lock the car up
