Phil - dont worry about the car, I was just the same and it is quite scary at first. This is my first TVR -to be honest first RWD high powered light weight car. When I picked mine up it was allready run in - but i bottled putting my foot down for a couple of days - the first time i did i couldn't see a thing everything went blured. When I first heard it start up i thought for a split second oh god i'll be dead in a week. But stick with it and take it easy through the bends I am going to book a ride drive course soon as now I cant stop flooring it, and want to know how to drive it properly and get the most out of it. I love it

95mph, not running in. After just over 1 weeks ownership and less than 200 miles under my belt I'm still familiarising. The car scares me! I think soon I shall be booking one of those advanced courses, Ride Time or The Wetter The Better.
Phil.
Good man!

Familiarising yourself with a powerful car or bike should be just like you take your bends:
