Oil Pressure

Can anyone tell me what the normal oil pressure should be when the water and oil temperature is around 90/80.

When stuck in traffic this morning it was at 12psi on tick over and im not sure if that is ok or not.

Also has anyone had there display "freeze". basically the read-outs do not change or update. it works after i change the view to the rev counter or another screen.

I was getting 8psi this morning with oil temperature of 83C (and water at 92C). Don't know if this is what it should be but it's always been about this since my engine was rebuilt 17,000 miles ago so I'm not worrying.

Pressure sounds fine to me.

Yes, I get the freezing thing very occasionally.

Oil pressure is fine mine is the same, pod does stick/freeze sometimes, i think its a case of "they all do that sir"

I was told that factory tolerances are down to 10psi at 1,000rpm.
I've had all sorts of readings,differant with every new sensor.Although the pressure is fine when it is tested with the pressure testing thingy madgigy....
