Is the S worth upgrading to?

Has anybody driven both the standard 4.0 and S models recently?? I've got a 4.0 standard Tuscan - 2002 model - is it worth upgrading to the S in terms of enhanced power, handling, gear shift etc or is the S so close that it's not worth the extra dosh? Indeed is this why the standard engine has been reduced to a 3.6??

Get on a rolling road. If you are above 360bhp, the power difference will not be worth it. If the torque is above 320Lb/ft it will not be worth it.

Buy a Nitron suspension kit and save shed loads of money.
