information please on the speed 6
Discussion
I am just about to part X my Chimaera for a Tuscan speed 6 the car has had 1 previous owner and looks to be in very good condition. however I have one doubt that I need to understand the Tuscan has a dry sump my question is does this cause any problems. I assume you have to warm the car up before you can open the throttle especially on cold days. I've not owned a car with a dry sump before so I'm not aware of any pitfalls if there are any.
The car is an X reg 2000 car it has had the engine mod and the gear stick mod is there anything else to look for.
Thanks

There are some guidlines on the eng temp to rev's from TVR on this forum somewhere. I have lost my word doc copy but have a search for them.
Also remember if you leave the car on the drive for a few minutes to warm the engine, when you first drive the car you have to get the gearbox and diff warm, so drive carefully for the first 5 mins of so...
