rear window squeek!

Does anyone out there know of any top tips to eliminate or reduce rear window squeaks? Advice would be greatly appreciated.

But "rear window" as a search and you will find a few threads, and fixes then take your pick all so in the FAQ`s, the velcroe one does the trick

I had this problem via two places, the boot lid rubbing against the rear screen at the botom (which causes damage to the screen) and the top of the rear screen rubbing where it tucks into the roll over hoop. This is what makes the most noise. If you click on my profile and then "squeaking noise from boot lid/rear screen" there are all the problems and really good ways of mitigating them, including pictures etc...

I tried velco across the top of the screen, but this only reduced the squeak by 10%. Then applied a thin layer of silicon grease around the screen, and it has completely cured it. Makes a good water seal too. So far it has lasted 3 weeks, and still no squeaking...
