Tuscan maybe going!
Discussion
I'm thinking of changing my Tuscan for a Noble.
Is anyone after a nearly new Tuscan. It is immaculate! Spec as follows:
Tuscan 4.0
53 Reg (October)
Mileage: 2000
Pearlescent Red Bull Blue
Portland grey and Prussian Blue interior
Lamonta trim
Gold TVR badges
Auto glym lifeshine
Air conditioning
18" Alloy wheels
Tracker Monitor
CD player

I like the Tuscan. However, my dealership and the factory have been VERY slow and annoying in sorting out minor niggles. They have the attitude that everyone expects niggles and delays with a TVR. I do not believe customers should 'put up with it'. In my experience, my dealer has been very incompetent and has caused minor problems to be worse. When I have talked to the factory, they have given me the feeling they were doing me a favour to supply my dealer with a part in 3-4 weeks!
I have heard much praise about Nobles attitude to sorting out minor niggles in their cars. The Noble is also so surefooted and offers more pure driving pleasure than any TVR I have driven. IMHO

Have to agree with the comments about H L Gorner and Mike Clarke, he really is a top chap. Without doubt customer service is their number one priority, they're well worth the 1.5 hour journey it takes me to get there. Don't let dealer service issues put you off TVR, they're not all the same.
