Tusc has just gone in for its first MOT and failed on its front o/s shock absorber.

Been told I need to replace both, is this the case ?

Roughly how much would this cost ?

I have also been advised to fit Nitrons instead which can be fully rebuildable - anyone here done this.

you definitly need to change both front shocks at once. One new and one worn shock would screw the handling

Yep, I got Nitrons fitted when one of my original shocks developed a leak. Cost was £1300 fitted from the TVR Centre, Barnet.
