sticky doors

Help--window comes down but door release isn't working--I can hear the relay switch clicking just behind the radio (?) Some one has mentioned sticky solenoids??
I currentl;y open the passenger door open the drivers window and use the release lever. Not a massive problem but an annoying one--answers on a postcard please

Had a similar problem a while ago fixed by Fernies it was just a wire that had come loose
