So whats different between this anD other Tuscan engines

Weren't the later engines and the ones that have been to the factory post failure fitted with modified heads as the early ones revealed a design issue

Does anybody know when this rumoured modified head came into being? Mine had a new head fitted July '02 due to valve problems.
