Does anyone here have experience of buying or fitting a laser/radar jammer to a Tuscan?

Can anyone recommend anything for me?

I have 10 points on my license and I'm getting a TVR!

I feel like Bruce Willis in Die Hard 3 when he has a billboard round his neck in the middle of the Bronx!

Asking for it!

There is an entire thread on this in the cerbie list/general list I think....IMO the Valentine1 is the best - yes it is expensive but it works unlike some of the cheaper makes. For jammers see the thread - but they are a smite Saved my neck twice this weekend in the Cerbie from over half a mile away when I was being stupid. If you have got 10 points you have bought the right car- you'd lose your licence in a Cerbera

Thats a Tuscan S! Why should I lose it any quicker in a Cerbera out of interest?

I'll check that thread. Cheers!

I'm also considering getting a radar detector for my Tuscan (I just have the standard Tuscan, so obviously there's little chance of me breaking any speed limits!).

I did read somewhere (a while ago now) that while radar detectors were still legal in the uk, they will soon be banned and only the ones which use GPS to pinpoint the gatso's will be legal.

I found the following site which you might find useful: www.uk-radar-detectors.co.uk/

The only thing I don't like about the idea of a radar detector is that it works best if fitted in a clearly visible place - ie on top of the dash board in the middle of the windscreen - my beautiful interior will be ruined!
