I've had my Tuscan almost a year now with no problems until yesterday!!

Stopped at the petrol station filled the car up and drove away got so far down the road pulled in at the side of the road, went to pull away again. NO CLUTCH pedal.

Looked under the car and there was fluid everywhere, checked all the clutch hoses and all is ok seems to be coming from the gearbox itself.

My only assumption is a slave cylinder, is this correct can anyone help !!

Dave.

yep, sounds like the clutch slave cylinder.

If you have a warranty, it should be covered.

yep, the slave cylinder is inside the gearbox and heat soak dries out the seals.

How easily fixed is it, My warranty has now ran out so I will have to pay for it myself.

I do have access to a ramp and garage to fix it myself but is it too big a job, I have done all the work on my previous cars myself.

Cheers

Had this done on my s6 Cerbie recently at Central TVR.
For me it was covered under warranty, it would have cost me £400 apparantly.

I know,

Got a qoute from my dealer the labour was £225 and parts £176.20 so £400 is right on the money.
