All TVRs have "niggles" which cost a bit to rectify. A warranty & a dealer that'll help push warranty claims through can help. Being able to fix little bits and pieces yourself helps too.

The S6 engine in the Tuscan has historically been the main cause of major concern. Over time it's got much better - there is no specific date after which it'll be perfect, it's an ongoing process of refinement. Something such as a Griff or a Chimp would probably be a bit cheaper to run due to the tried & tested technology involved. It's no more expensive to run than any other car of comparable performance/beauty, though, a Ferrari or some other exotica will be just as pricy, if not more so, to keep on the road.

Best bet is to look through the Tuscan forums for the average annual running costs people will no doubt have posted there on previous threads.

There is a key on the left hand side of your keyboard that you seem to have missed old chap.

Its clearly marked "Caps Lock" and pressing it prevents one from looking like a plank by typing whole messages in block capitals.
