Pressurised Fuel Tank

The last couple of times I have been to fill up, the fuel tank appears to be pressurised - positive pressure so it blows out not sucks back.

I had not noticed it before but it could be that it has always done it and I have not noticed.

Is this normal or is it something I should get checked out ?

Mine does this, and I have also started to get fuel fumes into the cabin sometimes. I'm wondering if the breather is blocked somewhere.
