Following engine rebuilds, what length of warranty do the factory give out?
As my dealer thinks it is 3months and I seem to recollect it should be 6 months. My dealer is finding out but I thought you guys would know?
(Don't want to go into details but needless to say my engine has been to hospital twice now in the past 2 months for work)

I think from new the engine is covered for 2 years--don't know if this applies after a rebuild though,I think the warranty should start from new again after a rebuild-in an ideal world!!
Hope everything is going well with the Tusk..

Stuart,
I would expect, following a rebuild that the original warranty applies ie, 2 years. Although, I have not had an engine rebuild which has gone 2 years!. I believe that if the engine goes pop! and it is not driver induced then you will be fine in my experience!
