I had a problem with the microswitch underneath the door catch plate. It is a horribly flimsy design and the activating arm was slipping to one side and not operating the window when the door was activated. Dealer removed the stainless steel plate to reveal switch and initally adjusted it before replacing it at the next visit. Don't know if it's the same problem.

I also have a problem with my passenger door window. I don't think it is the fault of TVR, more the idiots who recently carried out some electrical work on my car! The problem is this:

When you press the door release button (inside or outside), the window slides down to the normal height and after about 3 to 4 seconds the door pops open. Then the window slides all the way down. When the door is shut, the window slides back up to the 3/4 height position. Anybody know what's wrong? The people who did the electrical work are coming to fix it on Thursday and I want to be able to offer them some pointers!

my drivers door was doing the same recently. Take off chrome door catch and give sensor and catch a spray with WD40 and leave it alone for a while. Fixed mine anyway.

Shamus1972 - had exactly the same problem on mine. That was cured by having a new window encoder fitted. No repetition of the problem since.
