My Tuscan is an October 2000 model but has been off the road since December 2000 after a tree got in the way! It's still off the road because....still waiting for parts from TVR!!!! Car has only done 500 miles so not found any problems before bumping it. Can anyone give me a list of mods that need to be done??

Sorry say that again - your car has been off the road for more than 12 months because you were waiting for some parts from TVR ?????

12 months for parts....stunned of Newbury, but it'll be worth the wait, it will be like having a new car all over again. Did the insurance company provide a car in its absence?

There was something about new exhaust cans recently. Should make the sound a little difference. Also, is yours an RR model? If not then the modification to take it to that level is not supposed to be that expensive.

From the people that I have spoken to, probably the best thing to do is have the chassis and suspension setup correctly. Not that TVR got it wrong, but with a few on the road now you can make tweaks to the settings to make it a little more compliant and smooth as well as dialing out some of the tramlining and bump steer.... Worth checking out really...

Cheers,

Paul

Very benevolent, of you, but they do get them badly wrong.

Mine was way out and even the dealer said it was scary to drive because of it.

Good advice though, it makes a huge differance.
