I sent my car in for it's first servece last week and one of my concerns was that the car seemed very nervous going on/off the power at speed.
"We'll check out the suspension alignment" the dealer told me and duely did.
"My god, when we test drove it, it was frigthening, I don't know how you drove it!" I was told.
After trying it on their alignment jig with little improvement the dealer gave it a full 4 wheel chassis laser alignment at a local motorsport place and found that all 4 wheels were pointing to the right but in correct alignment to each other.

The difference is absolutely amazing!

The car feels unbelievably more stable and gives you 100 times more confidence!

My advice...if you think your's is a bit edgy and un-nerving get a proper set up done. The normal 2 wheel job doesn't always tell the full picture.

I am very happy today!!

Yep, it works a treat doesnt it.
Shame I had mine done and then 4 weeks later god rid of the car. Couldn't put up with the other minor niggles anymore. Now get jealous when I see another tuscan on the road, oh well.

My race car is quicker though, so I shouldnt complain )

Yep, I gather my old tuscan is for sale at Fernhurst.
Just looked at your profile whitey. I too had a chim 500 before the RR Tuscan. Big difference between the two isnt there!

No plans on a replacement yet. Part ex'd it for a german tank (BMW 328). As both myself and the other half both commute to work there is no point having two cars, so decided to get rid of the tiv and the saxo and go for just the one middle of the road car.

May save up and go for the new lambo when it comes out later this year. This all depends on whether business takes off of course.

Have fun all you tuscan drivers

Cant comment on the px price as it was more complex than Fernhurst simply buying it.

The market has never been stronger for sub 20k chims and griffs, but tuscans are proving difficult to sell.

Still reckon the factory will be in financial difficulty within the next year.

Glad Ive got out of owning a TVR for now. Ive had TVR's from new for the last 4 years and really enjoyed it, but my blood pressure couldnt stand it anymore.

As I said before, Im going racing to get my car thrills instead.
