Have a look at the FAQ list for the Tuscan forum which includes details of the diagnostic codes.

If it comes up every now and again - it's quite common. The sensor in the diff (?) can get dirty and send errouneous readings - mostly at very low speed - so drive faster!

If it happens a lot (like every journey), just make sure your speedo (digital / analague) is reading about right and get it adjusted / replaced at the next service.

Cheers,

Andy.

I got this from day one, and the last weeks it became
more frequent, till last week the speedo stopped working. Speed sensor is replaced now, and no code L anymore.
So maybe it's worth to check this speed sensor. I think it is situated in the rear diff.

When this happened to me the first time I called my dealer in a panic and he basically told me I was driving too slowly and the car was telling me to get on with it.

I've had that one - plus K a few times. Just press the reset button and keep driving

Watch out for ECU faults though!!

Wow, that is brave - car gives you an error warning and you just ignore it unless it is an EFI warning!

Brave man, hope it works out for you - personally I would check each and every warning with the dealer or at least the manual

We knew it wasn't anything too serious as the car drives like a dream!
